Job Summary:
The Regional Vice President (RVP) will lead, support, and inspire a high-performing team of senior leaders across Canteen's operations in Florida (specifically the Miami, Ft Myers, Lakeland, Tampa, and Tallahassee districts). This strategic role sets the cultural tone for the region, drives operational excellence, people development, growth and fosters long-term client partnerships in diverse industries including technology, healthcare, and education.
As a key member of the leadership team, the RVP will oversee a portfolio of micro-markets, vending, and office coffee services. You'll be responsible for translating National and Southeast Division strategy into regional execution, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring financial and service excellence. This role demands a visionary leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while cultivating a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability.
Considered candidates may live in one of the following areas (relocation assistance available): Tampa, Miami.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop Regional Directors and District Managers to deliver exceptional service and results
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries
  • Drive regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for client needs and strategic decisions
  • Partner with Sales and Retention teams to grow business and renew contracts
  • Champion innovation and sustainability aligned with Southeast Division values
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, QA, and reporting requirements
  • Foster a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Invest in talent development through coaching, succession planning, and performance management
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to national strategic planning

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Extensive experience leading large, diverse teams across multiple locations
  • Proven track record of business growth and financial performance
  • Strong client relationship and contract negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and operational execution
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Inclusive, professional, and resilient leadership style
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the territory plus other travel as needed for related company matters
