What You’ll Do:
- Train, develop, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff in a supportive and structured environment
- In this hands-on leadership role, you will prep, cook, and plate items to exact specs – lead by example
- Enforce all procedures, processes, documentation, and strict adherence to recipes, build sheets, and portion control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
- Communicate clearly with team members
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep calm under pressure during busy rushes to ensure all food going out meets expectations for quality and consistency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food waste
- Manage food and labor costs
- Assist with management of staff scheduling

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience
- High school diploma; College degree or formal culinary education preferred, but equivalent experience considered
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and admin
