You will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience by adhering to our Core Values of Consistency, Collaboration, Respect, Integrity and Excellence/Success.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members.
  • Oversee guest experience and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
  • Train and manage front of house personnel.
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill.
