What You'll Do

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry companions. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and their dogs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our services.
  • Scheduling appointments for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.
  • Checking dogs in and out while ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Managing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicating with team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
