Nurse Case Management Senior Analyst | Remote | Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking a Nurse Case Management Senior Analyst with 2 years of experience. This is a Contract opportunity.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Worker Type: W2
Core Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in Nurse Case Management
  • Clinical assessment and care coordination experience
  • Utilization management experience
  • Ability to independently manage an assigned caseload
We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:
  • Experience conducting concurrent and retrospective clinical reviews
  • Experience supporting rehabilitation, referrals, and outpatient services
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate member care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Perform utilization management and clinical assessments.
  • Conduct concurrent and retrospective clinical reviews.
  • Manage assigned caseload while promoting quality and cost-effective care.
  • Coordinate appropriate healthcare services for members.
