Swifto is a top-rated, technology-driven dog walking company known for reliable service, consistent schedules, and a highly supportive operations team. We're looking for dependable, animal-loving individuals who want a structured part-time role, not just a one-off gig.


This is a W-2 position with paid training and ongoing education in dog and cat behavior, giving you the tools and support to succeed long-term.

What you'll do:


  • Walk dogs or care for pets in their home
  • Provide exercise, playtime, and companionship
  • Send photo updates and short visit summaries through our app
  • Build ongoing relationships with the same pets and clients


What we're looking for:


  • Located in Manhattan or Close to Manhattan
  • 18+ years old
  • Experience caring for dogs and/or cats
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Able to set a recurring weekly availability
  • Able to commit to at least 6 months


Pay & Benefits:


  • Pay Structure on a per-walk basis.
  • Typical routes include 5-10 visits per day, depending on your availability
  • Most walkers work between 15 to 20 hours per week and earn $250.00 to $350.00 per week + tips.
  • Automatic rate increases every 400 completed walks/visits
