The company operates worldwide and supports a wide range of products, including network equipment, set-top boxes, and mobile devices.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a CTDI technician?

As a CTDI technician, your daily responsibilities often include testing, troubleshooting, and repairing telecommunications equipment, as well as performing quality checks and documenting work through internal systems. The work environment is typically fast-paced and team-oriented, with technicians collaborating closely to meet production targets and resolve technical issues efficiently. Team leads or supervisors are available to provide guidance, and cross-training is common to help technicians learn new skills and advance within the company.
