ABOUT MANCHESTER MOTOR FREIGHT
Manchester Motor Freight is a growing intermodal drayage trucking company headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire and serving all six New England states: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont as well as the Albany, New York area. For over 40 years, Manchester Motor Freight has provided the finest quality trucking service in the region. In 2018 MMF opened an office in Salt Lake City, UT and now serves Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming and Colorado as well. Recently we also expanded to Denver, CO which is very exciting!
Our reputation for fast and efficient transportation is testimonial to our dedication to being the best trucking company in the intermodal drayage industry. We utilize a diverse and loyal group of experienced owner-operator truck drivers who bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our trucking operations. We also employ a core group of company truck drivers who operate our state of the art, late-model, MMF branded fleet of Freightliner Cascadia trucks which consists of sleeper and day-cab trucks.
On the office and administration side our team is the best in the business. Many of our dispatchers are former Manchester Motor Freight truck drivers who have transitioned into the dispatching roll. They know first-hand how to treat drivers fairly and with respect and what it takes to manage a successful intermodal drayage trucking operation. Our dispatchers are conscious of all the needs of our truck drivers, the requirements at the specific CSX and Norfolk Southern Railroad terminals in Springfield and Worcester, and Ayer, MA and Albany-Mechanicsville, NY, and the Union Pacific terminal in Salt Lake City, UT and Denver, CO, as well as the requirements of each of our specific customers. Having a broad range of experience both as truck drivers themselves and as intermodal dispatchers provides them with the skills and knowledge to balance all of the various requirements for each shipment.
The majority of our team has been with MMF for over ten years and share the same vision and goal of maintaining Manchester Motor Freight's position as the leading intermodal drayage trucking company in New England.
