You enjoy working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and being the person who knows what needs to happen next. You work well with a team but don’t wait to be told to take action.

The Role

At Jim Peplinski Capital, we help businesses manage their vehicles, equipment, and capital so they can focus on running their business.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage the day-to-day experience for a portfolio of customers. You’ll understand their business, anticipate what they need, and coordinate across our team and partners to make their lives easier.

You’ll be a key point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, connecting Sales, Finance, Asset Management, dealers, equipment vendors, upfitters, transport providers, and other partners.

Your goal is to create value at every interaction and deliver the kind of customer experience that earns long-term relationships.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination. Experience in fleet, equipment, leasing or finance is a plus!
  • Experience managing customer relationships and multiple priorities
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Why Jim Peplinski Capital

Our vision is to be the catalyst behind smarter fleets, optimized assets, and more resilient businesses.

We combine fleet and asset expertise with capital to help businesses get more from the vehicles and equipment they operate. We handle procurement, funding, reporting, fleet management, and asset disposition — reducing the time, cost, and complexity our customers have to manage.

Customer Service is central to delivering that value. You’ll have the opportunity to know your customers, solve problems, improve how we work, and build relationships customers choose to keep.

We offer:

  • An unplugged vacation policy
  • Learning, coaching, and career development
  • Autonomy and ownership in your role
  • A team that works across functions to serve customers
