These roles involve assisting customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication platforms, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. Full-time remote CSRs typically work standard full-time hours and may be required to have a quiet workspace, reliable internet access, and strong communication skills.
