A CSM Project Manager is a professional who oversees projects related to Customer Success Management (CSM) in an organization. Their role involves managing teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention are delivered on time and within budget. They work closely with customer success teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand needs, set goals, and measure outcomes. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.

How does a CSM project manager typically balance client expectations with project deliverables?

A CSM Project Manager often acts as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are clearly communicated while aligning them with project goals, timelines, and resources.
