As a CSL Plasma RN, your main responsibilities include performing health screenings, monitoring donors during plasma collection, managing any donor reactions, and ensuring all procedures comply with regulatory standards. You will often work as part of a collaborative team in a busy, clinical donor center, interacting closely with medical staff, phlebotomists, and donors. The environment is fast-paced, requiring multitasking and constant attention to detail to ensure both donor safety and collection quality. Many RNs in this role appreciate the variety in their day-to-day tasks and the opportunity to positively impact community health.
