Job Description:

In IT Customer Success and Enablement (CSE), we drive internal customer success and technology enablement across company to minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve [a name="_Int_9SXg1gqn"]the employee experience. We bridge the gap between technology and people by raising awareness and fostering engagement with IT offerings, initiatives, platforms, and services. We drive for excellence by measuring adoption and satisfaction and ensuring continuous improvement.
We are seeking a Learning Planning Lead to plan, develop and engage CSE team members and other stakeholders to deploy engaging learning solutions for key internal IT initiatives such as AI, Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns, along with various Workplace Apps & Tools targeted at end users across the enterprise globally. Solutions for these initiatives may include live learning event development and delivery, online resources creation, and learner evaluation.
Job Responsibilities
Learning logistics management Own live event scheduling, including calendar maintenance, event registration, communications, and follow up, providing a clear and structured end to end process for all team members and stakeholders.
Stakeholder engagement - Manage intake, documentation, and meeting scheduling with partners, SMEs, and CSE team to progress learning planning in a structured way to achieve learning goals withing scope and on schedule.
Learner needs assessment Engage partners and SMEs to understand learners needs and requirements to ensure that the learning experience is tailored to their needs and CSE team offerings.
Learning materials design support - Collaborate with team and stakeholders to plan, co-create and/or design learning materials fit for the audience and needs of the initiative or product offering. This may include live learning events, on-demand resources, and internal social announcements.
Learning content development support Collaborate with team to support development of learning content for various technology solutions which are accessible and understandable to a non-technical audience. Support content development including facilitator scripts and presentation materials for IT live learning events.
Collaboration and consultation work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content. This is critical for aligning learning experiences with the desired learning outcomes.
Learning facilitation and delivery support Support facilitation of live or in-person sessions with global audiences focused on technology products, services and/or initiatives, serving as a host representing CSE alongside SMEs
Learning surveys and evaluation Ensure all learning deliverables implement surveys and evaluation methods
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor s degree and 3+ years of project/program planning experience, ideally in corporate learning and development
Preferred Qualifications
Strong project management skills to ensure quality and on time delivery and maintenance of project calendars, scheduling, registrations, and documentation
Proven experience working in a cross functional environment and coordinating communications and development with individuals ranging from Executive Leadership to materials individual contributors
Design experience supporting courses and learning events in technology related areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Microsoft Productivity Suite and or computer applications for internal end users
Experience facilitating engaging virtual learning delivery sessions using Zoom Meetings or similar tools
Ability to engage end users on complex or technical subjects
Knowledge of adult-learning principles, instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or Successive Approximation Model (SAM)
Proven experience creating visually engaging learning content and graphics with exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, color and brand alignment.
Experience working in an agile development environment
