Job description

Amentum is seeking Mid-Level Surveillance Role Players in Quantico, VA to provide Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) role player to provide support with quality and flexible contractor role player and surveillance team to aid in the successful execution of JCITA's unique CI and Security Operations curriculum. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. Hours determined by training schedules and customer needs.
Responsibilities
  • Shall be familiar and trained in discreet surveillance, surveillance detection methodologies, and associated disciplines.
  • Shall be capable of conducting surveillance using foot, vehicle, and combination techniques.
  • Shall conduct scheduled surveillance activities and observe and document student activities; provide timely, thorough feedback about students; and provide exercise support as requested.
  • When needed, the contractor shall also be prepared to supply vehicles and all communications equipment required for conducting surveillance.

Requirements:
  • Must possess an active Secret Clearance
  • Must have one (1) year documented experience conducting discreet surveillance in support of the Intelligence Community, or Federal or State Law Enforcement.
  • Shall be able to sit or stand for up to 2 hours and be able to walk for up to 7 miles in one day. Training shall commence/continue regardless of weather conditions unless it is deemed severe enough to be considered a safety issue.
  • Shall possess a valid US driver's license, be fluent (verbal and listening comprehension) in English, and have hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Shall become familiar with surveillance equipment prior to use in the field.

  • Provide role player and surveillance team support to approximately ten (10) courses, to include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC)
  • Joint Military CI Collections Course (JMCCC)
  • Advanced CI Investigations Course (ACIIC)
  • CI Surveillance Course (CSC)
  • Counterintelligence/Surveillance Detection Course (CSSDDC)
  • DoD CI Agent Course (DCAC)
