Job description

We currently have a need for an RF tech in Crystal Springs, MS - it is onsite at a customer loction 2 days per week, 8 hours per day, Monday and Wednesday. It is a level 2 tech, hands and eyes.
Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting and repair (Windows OS / Office 365) .
Troubleshoot Software and Hardware Issues with Remote users. Service Now ticketing
Diagnosing and repairing Windows desktop and laptop.
Break Fix - Component level PC peripherals repair and
Concierge type customer service.
Receives and processes user complaints
Resolves computer problems and errors
Trains staff on computer literacy
Sets up and configures new computer and internet equipment
Performs routine inspection of equipment
Updates computer software and operating systems
Remotely or physically assists in computer-related concerns
Responsible for hardware and software upgrades and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate data on Customer PC inventory, Replacements and repairs
Triage all problems to determine cause and resolution.
Diagnose and repair PC level hardware issues. Order required parts from OEM
Provide services in a timely manner to meet customer Service Level Agreement
