JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst, Pre-Sales & Onboard Revenue Optimization serves as the primary technical lead for performance modeling, revenue attribution, and data extraction within the pre-cruise digital ecosystem. This role is focused on the quantitative health of Pre-Sales P&L, utilizing guest data to create rigorous analytical frameworks that identify revenue-generating opportunities. By measuring the commercial impact of technology-enabled solutions, the Senior Analyst provides the statistical foundation required for the Director to drive strategic vision and guide senior leadership decision-making.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Revenue Analysis: Conduct advanced quantitative evaluations of guest purchasing behavior and historical transaction data to identify revenue leakage and key conversion triggers in the Pre-Sales cycle.
  • KPI Architecture & Reporting: Develop and maintain automated Power BI dashboards to monitor real-time performance against revenue targets, specifically tracking conversion rates, average order value, and Pre-Sales contribution to the P&L.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Provide technical validation for A/B testing and platform enhancements to ensure that changes to checkout flows and interfaces result in statistically significant revenue growth.
  • Predictive Modeling: Support the integration of AI and emerging technologies by building models to improve revenue forecasting and guest spend capabilities.
  • Technical Project Auditing: Lead the analytical oversight for platform migrations and system integrations, performing post-launch audits to ensure deployments meet business impact goals.
  • Cross-Functional Data Alignment: Partner with IT and Revenue Management to ensure data integrity across all guest-facing Pre-Sales digital platforms and physical touchpoints.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Execute technical deep dives into global Pre-Sales trends and competitor digital performance to inform long-term commercial strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE:Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a highly quantitative field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical data analysis, online revenue management, or Pre-Sales commerce analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex data models that have led to measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience managing the analytical lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology projects.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or cruise industries is strongly preferred.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Advanced Analytics: Mastery of Power BI, SQL, and Google Analytics for complex data mining and visualization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: A strictly analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable commercial insights.
