     $9.00/hour + Incentive

  • Vacation Planner

     $10.00-12.00/hour (Home Based      after 3 Months)

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:


Minimum 1-year of sales experience in a call center environment assisting existing and/or potential customers. 2 years selling experience in call center highly preferred. 2-years sales and customer service experience preferred.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:


Basic-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, in order to create, maintain and update information. Knowledge of or ability to learn company product to include full suite of amenities and sales promotions. Knowledge of or ability to learn to enter and maintain data and booking information in company reservation system, Freestyle Connect. Good written and verbal communication skills in order to clearly communicate with guests and articulate cruise products and promotions; and work with team members from various departments. Good verbal command of English sufficient to articulate products and amenities to prospective guests nationwide, make reservations and assist with questions and follow-up whenever necessary. Problem solving, research and resolution skills to perform general functions of job such as assisting guests, team members and reservation system. Negotiation skills and ability to think through solutions is required in order to balance the interests of the guests and guest satisfaction while ensuring revenue and adherence to NCL program guidelines. Ability to maximize sales and increase revenue. Customer service skills to create a friendly, enthusiastic and efficient guest experience. Interpersonal skills to work effectively and efficiently in a team-based environment. Ability to handle high-volume sales call center environment and shift priorities per business demands. Ability to remain in a seated/stationary position for long periods of time (up to 3 hours), within reasonable accommodation. Ability to constantly operate a phone device to communicate with customers, within reasonable accommodation

Additional Information

Must have excellent verbal communication skills, in order to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally. 
Must maintain strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries. 
Must be able to multi-task and work in a high energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven. 
Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required.
