Crown Uniform And Linen is hiring a Floor Lead for the Night Shift

Full Time Monday to Fridays.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervises staff in any area of production as directed by the Production Manager
  • Help train new employees
  • Assist in implementing new procedures created by the Plant Manager
  • Hold staff accountable for quality and production standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure line achieves all production goals
  • Sets up and operates machinery following established procedures and policies
  • Ensures machinery operates efficiently and effectively to meet productivity standards
  • Performs daily inspections before beginning operations
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures
  • Manages required paperwork and records
  • Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, AND WORK AIDS
  • Laundry baskets and linen bins
  • Maintenance tool room
  • Carts and conveyors
  • Overhead rail system and garment sorting system
  • Automated soil sort system and automated polybag machines

REQUIRED SKILLS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Must be capable of lifting 10-30 lbs frequently
  • Must be able to stand most of the day
  • Must be able to stoop, turn, bend, reach, push, kneel and pull
  • Must be able to wear protective gown and gloves if required
