Licensing Process Coordinator (Full Time)
Reports to: Licensing Process Manager
Crossway is a not-for-profit publishing ministry. We are looking for a hard-working and committed person to join our licensing team to help us toward our goal of facilitating the global distribution of the ESV Bible and the publication and distribution of Crossway books in multiple languages and formats to equip the church around the world, for God's glory.
General Responsibilities:
The Licensing Process Coordinator's role is to provide general administrative support to Crossway's Licensing team, including assisting with the timely processing of licensing documents, royalty reports and payments, and maintaining accurate records and archives.
Specific Responsibilities:
  1. Enter and generate invoices for new licensing projects, as instructed.
  2. Process posted invoices daily and store related reports and documentation.
  3. Archive all executed licensing contracts and related documents on Crossway's server.
  4. Support Licensing Royalty Manager by facilitating credit card payment links, creating licensed titles reports, and other royalty processing communications, as assigned.
  5. Perform regular follow-up on pending licenses to ensure timely processing.
  6. Conduct routine audits of expirations and issue formal license cancellation notices as needed.
  7. Create records, as directed, for Licensees of the ESV Bible, books, tracts and other Crossway content in print, digital and audio formats.
  8. Schedule and send out ESV Digital annual fee email reminders.
  9. Facilitate shipments of translated books to authors, and build and maintain Crossway's physical archives of licensed products.
  10. Manage prisoner requests and process them for fulfillment.
  11. Other responsibilities as assigned.

High organizational skills, thoroughness and proven ability to manage details with accuracy for multiple projects. Friendly demeanor, positive attitude, ability to learn and take responsibility, to work well within a small team, and to serve others in the workplace. Clear understanding of and agreement with Crossway's mission, ethos and standards. Honesty and integrity. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Qualifications:
  • This is an ON-SITE entry-level position
  • A college degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize a large volume of work
  • Passion for excellence and attention to detail
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills

Salary:
This position will offer a salary range of $40,000 - 45,000. Competitive salary will be based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. The salary is commensurate with current standards for comparable positions and responsibilities within publishing and other leading not-for-profit ministries.
