Nurse Practitioner

Crossroads is a family of professionals dedicated to providing the most accessible, highest quality, evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) options to combat the growing opioid epidemic and helping people with opioid use disorder start their path to recovery. This comprehensive approach to treatment, the gold standard in care for opioid use disorder, has been shown to prevent more deaths from overdose and lead to long-term recovery. We are committed to bringing critical services to communities across the U.S. to improve access to treatment for over 26,500 patients. Our clinics are all outpatient and office-based, with clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner
  • Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
  • Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
  • Will perform injections.
Schedule & Locations
  • Primary center: Greenville/Seneca
  • Target weekly hours: 33.5
  • Sample schedule: Seneca in person: Tues 5am-12pm / Thurs 5am-11:30am; Greenville in person: Mon 5am-11:30am, Wed 5am-12pm and 5am-12pm; Friday 5am-11:30am Tele to support all 7 SC centers and 3 GA centers (NO WEEKENDS)
Education and Licensure Requirements
  • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
  • DEA licensure in the state of the center
  • Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
