Job description

The Lead Pastor at CrossPoint Church in Ingleside, IL, is the central spiritual leader responsible for preaching, vision casting, and guiding the congregation. The Lead Pastor is responsible for faithfully preaching God’s Word, shepherding the congregation, and advancing the church’s mission to help people know, obey, and enjoy God.
