Summary
The Supervisor - Integrated Logistics TFT role supports North America cross-border transportation and U.S. domestic logistics operations. The position requires a solid understanding of Mexico - U.S. cross-border transportation, U.S. warehouse operations, OTR, and drayage, along with hands-on experience in logistics pricing, cost analysis, and customer coordination.
Responsibilities
  • Support Mexico - U.S. cross-border transportation operations, including carrier coordination and understanding of cost structures
    • Support and manage U.S. warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory flow
    • Support OTR and drayage transportation planning and execution
    • Prepare logistics pricing for transportation and warehouse services
    • Collect carrier rates and cost components
    • Analyze cost structures and margins
    • Develop appropriate selling prices based on cost analysis
    • Analyze logistics market conditions, including rate trends and key cost drivers
    • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (operations, pricing, finance, etc.) to ensure aligned execution and pricing
    • Effectively support customer communication and engagement, including discussions related to service scope, pricing, and operational matters
  • Support customer proposals and RFP / RFQ responses
    • Assist in identifying operational issues and improvement opportunities
    • Support internal reporting related to cost, volume, and service performance
    • Assist the team lead with ad-hoc projects related to cross-border and U.S. domestic logistics
    • Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range
$69,000 - $78,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean due to extremely high volume of communication with customers/vendors in Korea Required
  • General understanding of the Supply Chain Management and the Logistics industry Required
  • Understanding of the full range of Freight Forwarding services, including movement scheduling, monitor and control services, cost optimization, and various industry specific requirements Required
  • Ability to establish business plan and proceed new business developments/projects Required
  • Must be proficient with PCs Required
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and database management Required

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5 - 8 Years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, and/or Business Management Required
  • 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience Required
  • 6 - 9 Years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, and/or Business Management Preferred
