Key Responsibilities

  • Apply liquid and dry fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to crops.
  • Equipment Management: Operate, calibrate, and maintain sprayer/spreader/drone machinery, GPS systems, and tender trucks.
  • Chemical Handling: Safely mix and load products while interpreting chemical labels.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely daily logs of applications for regulatory compliance.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with clients regarding product application and field conditions.
  • Facility Safety: Maintain facility cleanliness and assist with inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Valid state-issued pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain).
