Crop Insurance Division Manager
Titan Pro | Clear Lake, Iowa | Full-Time | Exempt
Titan Pro is seeking an experienced Crop Insurance Division Manager to lead and grow our multi-state crop insurance business. This role oversees agency operations, agent development, policy administration, reporting, compliance, customer service, and strategic growth initiatives across the company’s service area. The responsibilities listed are representative of the role and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties.
Required Qualifications
· Active crop insurance license, with the ability to obtain and maintain required licenses in multiple states
· Minimum of 5 years of crop insurance industry experience
· Experience with crop insurance policy administration, reporting, claims support, and customer service
· Demonstrated leadership, management, or team development experience
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
· Ability to travel as needed within the company’s multi-state service area
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
· Experience managing a crop insurance agency, department, or team
· Agricultural industry experience
Key Responsibilities
