Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Field Distribution Scheduler to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Arlington, TX.

Job Title: Field Distribution Scheduler
Work Location: Arlington, TX
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description:

  • Works with sales, field service, inventory control and other functional areas to ensure timely and accurate delivery, pickup and relocation of equipment to customer
Responsibilities :
  • Temp will be responsible for contacting customers via email and phone to schedule available orders using Excel reports and internal scheduling systems.
  • They will also be responsible for researching any discrepancies with scheduled and non-scheduled orders.
  • There will be no extensive lifting, walking or standing.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • The hiring manager is seeking candidates who resumes reflect customer service experience in a call center or transportation/logistics industry experience.
  • Other important skills include Microsoft Excel, data entry, great phone etiquette, ability to problem-solve, critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, ability to manage time efficiently, attention to detail, and great follow-up skills.
  • Please keep in mind, the hiring manager is looking for office experience/call center experience and NOT warehouse experienced candidates- not looking for forklift or warehouse worker experience.

  • Dress Code: Business causal (includes tennis shoes and jeans- no holes/rips are permitted, close- toed shoes are required daily- no Crocs)
