Job description

Job Title: Project Manager Opportunities
Location: United States (Midwest focus currently)
Company: Boldt Company
Anticipated Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 -- Compensation ranges reflect the range between years of experience and our job titles of Project Manager I, Project Manager II, and Senior Project Manager.

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

At The Boldt Company, our teams have a range of Project Management opportunities, from experienced Project Managers running day-to-day execution, to Senior Project Managers leading larger scopes and mentoring teams, to Project Executives providing multi‑project oversight and serving as the primary point of contact with owners and key partners. Across levels, the work is hands-on and field-connected: owning schedule and cost, driving change management, coordinating trade partners, and keeping communication direct and consistent so projects stay on track.

What makes the opportunity compelling is the real ownership and visibility. You are trusted to lead, expected to be present, and supported by teams that value clear accountability. Senior leadership roles expand into developing talent, strengthening critical relationships, supporting pursuits, and guiding the transition from award into execution across multiple locations and project sizes. If you’re practical, steady under pressure, and prefer solving problems with the project team (not from a distance), there’s room here. Whether you’re ready to step up into leadership or you’re already operating at the executive level.

The anticipated salary range for this position is dependent on overall experience as well as experience related directly to data center construction. In other words, Let's Talk! Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Why You’ll Love Working at Boldt

  • Employee Owned: Your work fuels our success and your future
  • PurposeDriven: ESG‑focused work aligned with strong values
  • Better Together: Teamwork, trust, and shared accountability
  • Safety First: Everyone home safe every day
  • Career Growth: Real development through mentorship and hands‑on learning
  • HighImpact Projects: Complex industrial work that matters
  • Lead & Mentor: Learn today, lead tomorrow
  • Rich Culture: What started as a carpentry shop has grown into a multi‑million‑dollar company built on relationships and craftsmanship
  • High Performance: By people, strengthened through AI and technology that enhance collaboration, transparency, and results.
