Job Summary
Oldcastle is looking for a CRM Manager, Digital Customer Experience, to own the overall customer journey marketing strategy across our brand portfolio, providing consultation and oversight from implementation to execution. The CRM Manager is a cross-functional leader and responsible for development of communication strategies across the digital marketing spectrum that drive productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is familiar with all facets of marketing automation, including journey orchestration, data integration, segmentation and activation, campaign management, and performance measurement. The incumbent will play an instrumental role in bringing our Customer Data Platform to life by connecting various data sources to deliver contextually relevant, personalized marketing at scale.
Job Location
This position is hybrid and located at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management - general platform management, set the CRM vision and strategy, establish and drive the CRM/CDP roadmap, deliver marketing automation at scale
  • Customer Data Platform - oversee the implementation, data integration, and daily operations of Salesforce Data 360 to unify customer data into profiles/segments for targeted marketing
  • Project Management - employ agile project management and continuous improvement methodologies, collaborate with Digital Solutions team to ensure accurate prioritization and execution of CRM/CDP roadmap and feature backlog
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - partner with business stakeholder, product management, design services, digital solutions, and technical development teams to prioritize tasks, delegate resources, and drive incremental change
  • Experience Design - demonstrate familiarity with user experience principles, inspire creative concept development in alignment with underlying business objectives
  • Customer Obsession - represent the voice of customer to ensure digital investments are aligned with customer needs, create customer value, and simplify the path to purchase

Job Requirements
  • Degree in a business-related field such as communications, web design, or marketing is preferred
  • Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and project management skills are essential
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), lifecycle marketing, customer journey design, and CDP (Salesforce Data 360); Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
