The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Data Extensions, AMPscript, SQL, and Databricks, along with strong cross-functional collaboration and process management skills.

Required Technical Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
* Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Data Extensions.
* Advanced AMPscript experience, including troubleshooting, personalization, and dynamic content development.
* Experience working with Databricks and enterprise data environments.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis for audience segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting.
* Experience with CRM data management, data segmentation, and customer data workflows.
