Position Summary:
The CRM Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the system supports sales, marketing, and customer service processes efficiently. This role requires technical expertise, business insight, and strong problem-solving skills to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows, and drive user adoption.
This position is at our Ft. Wright, Kentucky office. You must live in the greater Cincinnati/NKY area to be in office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Other duties may be assigned.
• Administer the CRM system (Zoho), including user setup, permissions, configurations, and workflows
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, de-duplication, and data cleansing processes
Develop, test, and deploy customizations, workflows, and automations within Zoho CRM.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making across teams
• Train and support end users, providing guidance, documentation, and troubleshooting to ensure adoption
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize Zoho CRM processes
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and implement updates
• Stay current on Zoho CRM updates, best practices, and new features to advise leadership on system enhancements

• Proven experience as a CRM Administrator, preferably with Zoho CRM
• Experience with other CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data management
• Proficiency in generating reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Zoho CRM certification or equivalent
  • Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and third-party automation tools

Physical Requirements:

The lifting and carrying requirements of the job require the employee to frequently (34-66% of the time) lift and carry up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
