OverviewAssociate CRM Marketing Manager / CRM SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Associate CRM Marketing Manager to support the end-to-end execution of our direct-to-consumer email and SMS marketing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing targeted broadcast campaigns and promotional sends. You will work closely with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to drive customer engagement, traffic, and revenue through effective segmentation and high-performing channel execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution & Delivery: Build, QA, schedule, and deploy multi-channel promotional and broadcast campaigns across Email and SMS using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze).
  • Audience Segmentation: Build, manage, and refine dynamic, behavioral, and demographic audience segments to deliver highly targeted content and promotional offers.
  • Testing & Optimization: Execute continuous A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, send times, copy variations, creative modules, promotional offers, and CTAs to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
  • Competitor & Industry Intelligence: Develop and maintain routine competitor reviews and benchmarking; keep current on emerging CRM trends, industry advancements, and best practices across retail email and SMS marketing.
  • Deliverability & List Health: Monitor sender reputation, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, and compliance with messaging regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CTIA guidelines).
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key CRM metrics, maintain campaign performance tracking, and share actionable takeaways with broader marketing stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, designers, and merchandising teams to coordinate creative assets, align promotional calendars, and ensure on-brand execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, SMS marketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in fashion retail, eCommerce, or DTC space is strongly desired.
  • Platform & SMS Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation, ESP, and SMS platforms (such as Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze).
  • Data & Segmentation: Strong understanding of customer data logic, list management, and cohort building.
  • Technical Foundation: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments, dynamic content blocks.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfort working with Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and platform dashboards to interpret performance trends.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills to manage high-volume campaign calendars.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-category retail promotional calendars.
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising cycles, seasonality, and promotional discount strategies
