Job description

Client Partner - Retail

Location: Norfolk, VA

Drive Sales Plan: TCS Growth strategy in line with organizational direction

Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure

Proactive deal generation and large deal management

P&L management of the account

CXO level engagement and relationship management. Business stakeholder engagement

Partnership with Alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation

Drive TCS internal governance, compliance, and internal reporting

Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement

Prepare, plan and execute sales & marketing plans for the account

Team management and talent development

Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects and joint revenue growth

Collaborate with other accounts in unit for idea sharing, arrange references and create assets for Retail ISU

Qualifications:

  • Graduate College Degree
  • Must have performed a customer facing with responsibilities including Revenue Growth and Services expansion
  • Knowledge of Retail domain
  • Strong understanding of Agile & DevOps ways of working
  • Experience driving large RFP response

Salary Range: $148,800 - $201,300 a year
