Executive Assistant

The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Vice President for Advancement and two Associate Vice Presidents serving Indiana University's Indianapolis and Regional campus fundraising programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, partnering with senior leaders, and serving as a key resource for a dynamic team. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in keeping leaders informed, organized, and prepared while helping ensure the smooth operation of the Indianapolis and Regional Development office.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior advancement leaders.
  • Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support leadership meetings, special projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary resource for Indianapolis and Regional Development staff.
  • Assist with donor and prospect records, reporting, and departmental communications.
  • Process expense reports, reimbursements, and budget-related transactions.
  • Coordinate with university and foundation partners to support fundraising activities and leadership engagement.
  • Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three or more years of administrative, executive support, or related experience required.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment preferred.

The compensation range is $62,000 – $67,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This is a Hybrid Role (Remote Tuesdays & Thursdays) at our Downtown Indianapolis location.
