Crisis Interventionist
If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about helping people through their toughest times, this opportunity is for you. As a Crisis Interventionist, you'll be on the front lines of providing immediate, life-changing support to individuals of all ages experiencing behavioral health crisis in residential settings and throughout the community. Using your de-escalation skills, compassion and trauma-informed approach that promotes safety, you'll help restore stability and the least restrictive level of care while connecting people to the resources they need. Every shift brings a chance to make a meaningful impact and be the reason someone finds hope during a difficult time.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
MinimumEducation:Bachelor's degree
Defined Education:Health or Human Services
Preferences:Bilingual; Crisis Services Experience
Substitutions:Bachelor's degree with at least 30 hours of behavioral health coursework
License/Certifications:ValidTexas Driver's License, Eligible to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional -QMHP-CS) certification.
