Store Manager – Cricket Wireless

Compensation: $10–$15 per hour + Uncapped Commissions + Daily Bonuses + Store Performance Bonus

High-performing Store Managers have the opportunity to earn $5,000+ per month through a combination of base pay, commissions, individual bonuses, and store performance bonuses.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Store Manager to lead one of our Cricket Wireless retail locations in Houston, TX.

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, developing the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong day-to-day store operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys sales, coaching employees, achieving targets, and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the store team and manage daily store operations
  • Drive store sales, activations, accessories, upgrades, and other performance targets
  • Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback
  • Lead by example by actively selling and assisting customers
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Train and develop new and existing employees
  • Monitor store KPIs and take action to improve performance
  • Manage employee scheduling and attendance
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating according to company standards
  • Handle customer escalations professionally
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate store performance and operational issues to district leadership
  • Help identify and develop future leaders within the team
