Job description

What will you be doing?
  • Uploade all crew planners in Teams for the vessels assigned to the Houston region. (AKA: Gulf of Mexico, East Coast USA, Mexico, Caribbean)
  • Create all meet and greets plus hotels for crew changes assigned to the Houston region.
  • Manage all work permits applications required for the Houston project employees plus any third party company employees for all international projects assigned to the Houston region. 
  • Book and track all COVID-19 testing for all crew assigned to the vessels in the Houston region, if required; and all helicopters required for the projects assigned to the Houston region
  • Responsible for all transports to and from airports plus helicopter locations for crew in the Houston region.
  • Assist vessel administrators with booking hotels for crew that have missed flights/delays in the Houston region
  • Build profiles in clients' applications when necessary for client helicopters (ISNetworld and Helipass)
  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking crew readiness for all Houston Project personnel.
  • Book all mandatory training and medicals for all Houston Project personnel.
  • Communicate with client all crew required documents for client choppers
  • Responsible for hiring, mobilization and tracking of all day labor for Offshore Supply Vessel's in the Houston region.
  • Responsible for all purchase requisitions, post orders, and invoices for the services ordered by crewing department
  • Attend daily project operations, and weekly crewing and travel meetings
  • Provide support to Crewing Manager when needed.
What experience would we like you to have?
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Four (4) yrs experience in an operations department position
  • Dedicated to supporting the operations team by providing timely crew movement to and from the vessels.
  • Scheduling and tracking of all helicopters for weekly crew changes for assets in the region.
  • Coordinate the hiring, mobilization and tracking of deck day labor for the Offshore Supply Vessels.
  • Vendor management for all services ordered by the Crewing Operations Department.
