Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to identify psychosocial needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Organize and prioritize daily case management tasks, including monitoring the needs of new, ongoing, and discharging patients.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders using evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Coordinate specialized assessment and intervention services to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Implement brief solution-focused therapy approaches and harm reduction strategies when clinically appropriate.
  • Provide supportive interventions, including crisis counseling and grief support, to those in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
