• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to identify psychosocial needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Organize and prioritize daily case management tasks, including monitoring the needs of new, ongoing, and discharging patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders using evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Coordinate specialized assessment and intervention services to ensure the highest level of care.
• Implement brief solution-focused therapy approaches and harm reduction strategies when clinically appropriate.
• Provide supportive interventions, including crisis counseling and grief support, to those in need.
• Adhere to safety and health standards to protect both staff and clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals and families from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will involve working with clients of all ages, providing culturally sensitive and individualized treatment approaches. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate their personal challenges and develop coping strategies that lead to improved mental health and overall well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license as an LMFT or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and effective therapeutic interventions.
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills suitable for a variety of therapeutic scenarios.
• A minimum of three years of proven experience in providing counseling services in a similar setting.

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth modalities, familiarity with integrated healthcare approaches, and proficiency in electronic health record systems will be advantageous. Preference will also be given to candidates who have a background in community mental health services and are equipped to address the unique needs within a diverse population.
