High Crest Counseling Inc. is actively seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality professional counseling services to a diverse client base while upholding the values and mission of High Crest Counseling Inc.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress management.
  • Engage in individual counseling sessions primarily focused on adults, helping them navigate challenges such as relationship dynamics and life transitions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure all-encompassing care for clients, providing referrals as necessary.
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with adults across various demographics and cultural backgrounds. You will be expected to approach each client relationship with sensitivity and empathy, effectively communicating therapeutic recommendations and fostering a safe space for open dialogue. Our clients may present with diverse concerns, necessitating an adaptable approach that respects their unique experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • You must possess a valid LPCC license to practice counseling in California.
  • A minimum of three years of experience providing direct counseling services is essential.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients and multidisciplinary colleagues.
  • An empathetic approach to care that prioritizes the well-being of individuals with special needs or challenges.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage client documentation and treatment plans efficiently.
Preferred Experience

Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities and familiarity with the latest research in mental health care will be considered a valuable asset. Candidates with a background in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention strategies are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
