Job description

We are seeking one On-Site Lead/Bilingual Shift Support associate to help support daily operations.
This role is intended for those who can assist with communication in English and Spanish or Hattian Creole translation, training support, performance coaching, and basic administrative needs during onboarding and daily shift operations.
The ideal candidate must be dependable, able to translate effectively for associates when needed, and comfortable partnering with on-site managers to help support a smooth associate experience.
Location: Greenwood, IN
Pay Rate: $24/hr.
Language: English AND Spanish OR Haitian Creole

Key Responsibilities
The On-Site Lead/Bilingual Shift Support associate will assist on-site managers with day-to-day shift support, including helping communicate expectations, translating information when needed, and supporting associates during their first day and throughout the onboarding process.
This individual will assist with PIT training coordination, help reinforce safety and performance expectations, and provide basic coaching support when associates need additional guidance.
hey may also help with simple administrative tasks related to day-one onboarding, attendance follow-up, associate questions, and communication between associates and the on-site management team.
Primary Duties
  • Provide translation support for associates and on-site managers as needed.
  • Assist with day-one onboarding and help new associates understand expectations.
  • Support PIT training by helping communicate training instructions, safety expectations, and follow-up needs.
  • Assist on-site managers with basic performance coaching and associate check-ins.
  • Help reinforce attendance, productivity, safety, and site expectations.
  • Serve as an additional point of support for associates during the shift.
  • Help escalate associate questions, concerns, or issues to the appropriate on-site manager.
  • Provide basic administrative assistance during onboarding and daily shift operations.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful presence on the floor.
  • Work overtime as required

Requirements
  • Must be able to translate clearly and effectively for associates and site leadership in English to Spanish OR Haitian Creole
  • Prior lead, trainer, onboarding, or warehouse support experience
  • Must be comfortable supporting new hire onboarding and basic coaching conversations.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work closely with on-site managers and shift leadership.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when assisting with associate matters.
  • Must understand and follow all site safety, attendance, and performance expectations.

Physical Demands: At times, you may be rolling up your sleeves and fulfilling orders for our customer experience driven clients. This may require that you perform anything from driving commercial machinery, directing facility parking, working in facility process paths, walking continuously and lifting, carrying, climbing steps, pushing, pulling materials or products.
