Role: Credit Verification Representative

Location: 1555 West Walnut Hill Lane #200, Irving, TX, 75038

Duration: 05+ Months (Possible extension)

Pay rate - $22.46/hr on W2.


Job Summary

The Credit Verification Representative is responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information related to loans. The role includes verifying and updating credit information as requested by clients to support the mortgage underwriting process. This position also provides operational support to the production team throughout the credit report supplement process.

Shift Requirements:

  • Must be able to work any of the following shifts:
  • • Main shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • • Training shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST


Skills and Experience:

  • Credit experience
  • Call center experience

Desired Skills:

  • Mortgage experience (preferred)

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
