Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth, portfolio expansion, and innovation across CNH Capital's financial services offerings. This role leads the identification, development, and execution of new business opportunities, partnerships, and product strategies that enhance revenue, strengthen dealer and customer engagement, and improve CNH Capital's market position.
This role partners closely with regional stakeholders to align growth initiatives with enterprise strategy, while balancing financial performance, risk, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
  • Define and lead execution of business development strategy aligned to CNH Capital's growth priorities, including lending, leasing, insurance, and ancillary financial products.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize new market opportunities, including adjacent industries, partner ecosystems, and digital channels.
  • Drive initiatives to expand portfolio size, market share, and revenue, in coordination with regional and global CNH partners.

Partnership Development & Relationship Management
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with dealers, OEM stakeholders, financial institutions, and third-party providers.
  • Build executive-level relationships to uncover mutual growth opportunities and new business models.
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract execution, ensuring alignment with CNH compliance standards.

Product Innovation & Commercialization
  • Develop and launch new financial and service offerings (e.g., finance solutions, insurance products, digital financing tools).
  • Partner with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and profitable product design.
  • Champion digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve customer acquisition, underwriting efficiency, and servicing models.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Analyze market trends, economic conditions, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and investment priorities for leadership.
  • Provide thought leadership on evolving financial services models, distribution channels, and customer expectations.

Financial Performance & Risk Management
  • Oversee business case development, including P&L modeling, pricing strategies, and ROI analysis.
  • Ensure initiatives deliver sustainable growth while balancing risk vs. return.
  • Collaborate with risk and credit teams to maintain alignment with CNH Capital's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Lead and influence cross-functional teams (credit, operations, sales, legal, IT) to deliver business outcomes.
    • Act as an advisor to leadership, contributing to strategic planning and enterprise initiatives.

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, commercial finance, leasing, or asset-based lending, with demonstrated success in business development or strategy roles.
  • Deep understanding of credit, risk management, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building partnerships, and launching new products.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $184,345.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
