Job Summary of the Credit Customer Service Representative position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced Credit Customer Service Representative in Reno, NV.
Responsibilities of the Credit Customer Service Representative position
Assist customers with order status, backorder status and freight charges if necessary.
Research problems related to orders.
Initiates and issues return goods authorizations and warehouse research forms via company portal.
Keeps detailed daily reports and customer information.
Stays current on system and process changes.
Works on issues concerning billing or service rendered which includes investigating and/or referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation within the applicable threshold.
Initiates and issues return goods authorizations.
Processes credits and/or replacement orders for product returned from all company distributors.
Reviews the validity of deductions/short payments for chargebacks/fines pertaining to compliances issues, shortages, returns (including warranty deduction), Destroyed in Field product, etc.
Requirements of the Credit Customer Service Representative position
Detail orientated, with excellent organizational skills
A positive attitude, a friendly personality and a passion for working with people.
Experience working in a corporate, call center environments.
Experience working with LDL Freight carriers and other shipping companies
Must be able to multi-task and have strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think on your feet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, supervisors, sales reps, and customer service reps.
Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Outlook.
Able to utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously, (10-12 systems) multiple computer screens
