We're searching for a Credit & Collections Manager who can balance customer relationships with sound business decisions, lead a high-performing team, and help drive continuous improvement across our credit and collections processes.


This role oversees a multi-state accounts receivable portfolio and partners closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams across Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Texas, Georgia, and Colorado.

Collections & Accounts Receivable

  • Oversee collection activities and aging management across a multi-state customer portfolio
  • Resolve escalated customer disputes and complex collection issues
  • Monitor key performance indicators, collection effectiveness, and bad debt exposure
  • Ensure accurate account reconciliation and cash application processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency trends

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Analyze aging reports,  collection trends, customer payment behavior, and credit risk exposure across multiple operating locations
  • Provide actionable reporting and recommendations to leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and cash flow
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies


Requirements

 Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Risk, or related financial operations
  • Previous leadership experience managing or developing employees preferred
  • Experience managing a high-volume, multi-location or multi-state AR portfolio strongly preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
