Snelling Staffing Services is partnering with a well-established, growing company in the Mobile area to find an experienced Accounts Receivables Manager to lead their AR function.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven finance professional who's ready to own the full AR process — from collections strategy to credit management to team leadership — and make a real impact on the bottom line.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead collections strategies, analyzing aging reports 
  • Evaluate credit terms and limits for new and existing customers
  • Partner across company departments
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop an accounts receivable team
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency 
  •  
What You Bring
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivables Manager or in a similar credit/collections role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting/ERP software (SAP, NetSuites, MS Dynamics, Sage X3, Acumatica or similar system)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred
