POSITION AT A GLANCE

Location: Butler, PA
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you’ll support the financial operations of the dealership by managing account activity, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring timely collections. You will:

➤ Make collection calls for past due accounts and support resolution of outstanding balances
➤ Process credit applications for new and existing customers

➤ Set up new customer accounts and Cash on Delivery (COD) accounts
➤ Maintain and organize tax exempt certificates
➤ Post Peterbilt and PACCAR warranty transactions
➤ Accept and process credit card payments
➤ Calculate, post, and verify financial data including invoices, account statements, and payments
➤ Post transactions using the appropriate general ledger accounts
➤ Assist with PACCAR and Fleet Charge postings
➤ Maintain accurate and organized account records
➤ Perform additional duties as assigned, including overtime when necessary
➤ Adhere to all health and safety policies to support a safe work environment


WHAT YOU BRING

◆ Education & Experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent required. On-the-job training and computer software training provided.

◆ Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required for inter-company travel; must meet company insurability standards

◆ Physical Requirements: Regular sitting throughout the workday. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment.
