Job description

Our law firm is seeking a motivated Attorney to join our team specializing in collections, foreclosure, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing legal pleadings, attending hearings, resolving cases, and attending trials as needed. Experience in collections or foreclosure is highly valued, but we are open to training the right candidate with a strong desire to learn.

A Pennsylvania bar license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and briefs for collections, foreclosure, and litigation cases.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions, advocating for their rights and interests.
