  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
  • Process driver payroll, settlements, and reimbursements
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and fuel accounts
  • Monitor and track operating expenses such as fuel, maintenance, tolls, and insurance
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, IFTA, and tax reporting requirements
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and management for financial accuracy
