Duties:
  • Effectively Optimize and Manage Company Production Schedule & Team
    • Meet or exceed established goals and metrics
    • Oversee new project setup
    • Full ownership of project management team
    • Oversee & Manage Job Profitability & Key Metrics
    • Coordinate and manage warranty claims
    • Complete Annual Insurance Renewals and Audits
    • Manage and ensure company fleet is properly maintained
  • Oversee Customer Service & graciously resolve customer complaints
    • Manage online review platforms
    • Manage Internal Feedback Loop
  • General HR activities (recruiting, training, etc)
    • New contractor and/or employee orientation
    • Recruiting, managing, and building your team
  • Manage all aspects of company financials
    • 3rd party bookkeeper
    • Expense Report Approvals
    • A/P, A/R Ownership
    • Company Credit Card Oversight
    • Approve weekly Subcontractor Payouts
    • Complete Company Payroll

Qualifications:
  • Ability to accurately summarize a company P&L statement
  • Ability to swiftly root out problems and develop solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and handle constant changing priorities
  • Ability to listen and acclimate to customer needs
  • Ability to climb a ladder occasionally to inspect work
  • Ability to effectively lead a team to desired results
  • 1-year residential paint industry experience required
  • Office Management Experience a Must

Essential Skills:
