TheTax Credit Solutionstrack of the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Summer Internship Program enables interns to explorethe inner workings of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity and debt programs for affordable housing across the nation.The intern will be exposed to sales functions (both on the developer and institutional sales sides), underwriting and asset management roles within the business.They will also be exposed to the other credit types that TCS is involved in which include Historic Tax Credits, New Market TaxCredits,and the Preservation product.

Interns will work directly with the Relationship Team and senior management to support daily operations related to underwriting (portfolio administration, periodic reviews, loan offerings, loan documentation and fulfillment, prescreen) and sales functions (pre-call planning, client research, pitchbooks, relationship reviews, and follow-up).Upon completion, interns will recognize the importance each of these functionshaveon the deal-making process.

The Summer Internship Program is a direct pipeline for talent to theTax Credit Solutionstrack of the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Development Program, providing interns with an unparalleled opportunity to learn the business while gaining visibility among the firm's senior leadership.
