Who We're Looking For:
As a key member of theUrologyteam, theTerritory Manager - Clinic willsupporta positivecustomer experienceby sellingproducts(equipment and consumables) within the office / clinic call point (hospital owned, LUGPA owned or private practice).
About the Role:
  • Achieve Sales Targets:Drive revenue growth by meeting agreed budgets through effective sales strategies andaccountpenetration.
  • Client Engagement & Business Development:Present and sell LABORIE products and services, identify new prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Product Expertise & Support:Advise physicians on proper product use, deliver technical support, and organize in-service training for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Territory & Pipeline Management:Develop action plans, manage CRM reporting, and prepare status reports including activity, closings, and forecasts.
  • Relationship Building & Feedback:Resolve client concerns, communicate new product opportunities, and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful sales closures.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in lieu of a bachelor's degree, additional years of directly related experience will be accepted.
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated successful sales experience in medicaldeviceor relatedfield.
  • Certification and credentialed to access all applicable accounts within the assigned geography.
  • Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, independent with a high level of time management skills.
  • Agility and ability to overcome obstacles with a problem solvers mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical degree with experience in field of Urology preferred.
  • Physician selling experience in a physician office environment highly preferred.
