CONTENT amp; CREATOR MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Austin, TX (in-office, with some hybrid flexibility)

Reports to: Director of Marketing

ROLE OVERVIEW

CLEAN Cause is looking for a Content amp; Creator Marketing Manager who's ready to build. You'll be a key player in developing our creator ecosystem, driving audience growth, and turning our digital channels into a genuine growth engine for the brand. You're socially savvy, deeply fluent in TikTok and Instagram, and you understand the creator world from the inside out. Problem solving excites you and youโ€™re scrappy, creative but driven by data to make decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content amp; Creator
  • Lead creation of CLEANโ€™s content engine, building community and creator relationships to drive brand awareness and conversion, with a focus on authentic and on-brand UGC creationโ€‹Lead creator collaboration and relationship management end to end, from strategy to scope development
  • Oversee content calendar across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), with support from CLEAN Causeโ€™s Marketing Coordinator
  • Partner with creative to produce on-brand content
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging is consistent across all digital touchpoints and partner content
Analytics amp; Optimization
  • Own key performance metrics across owned social (impressions, engagements, comments) and build dashboards and report regularly on platform performance to leadership
  • Optimize the content we are producing through running performance tests to continuously improve quality and impact of content
  • Build dashboards that tell a clear story, not just a data dump
  • Run performance tests to continuously improve content quality and impact
Growth amp; Retention
  • Develop loyalty and referral programs to increase repeat purchase rateโ€‹
  • Support performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms, including SEO/SEM
  • Support paid digital marketing initiatives and strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience or influencer/creator management, ideally in CPG, DTC, or e-commerce heavy categories
  • Expert in Instagram amp; TikTokInfluencer/Creator management experience
  • Experience with influencer/creator platforms (SocialLadder, Cohley, AspireIQ, #paid)
  • Social management platform experience (Sprout Social, Later or similar)Strong analytical skills โ€” comfortable taking data, dissecting insights and creating a story

Preferred

  • Experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns, including on Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience at a startup or high-growth brandKnowledge of CPG retail landscape (Whole Foods, Target, regional chains)
  • Experience in Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets
  • Copywriting and basic graphic design experience a plus (Canva)
